This Lesson gives participants the basic skills and knowledge to prepare and serve coffee using an espresso machine. Participants will learn to prepare the work area, take customer orders, prepare and serve coffee, and maintain the espresso machine.
Schedule – Morning and afternoon programs available Monday – Friday
- Program times 8.30am 11.30am or 12.00 to 3.30pm
